PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment:  To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.    Payment must be fully settled: 45 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

Cancellation  Policy:  30% deposit is non-refundable.  Cancellations before 45 days of the date of your arrival are not liable for the final payment.  Cancellations 45 days or less before arrival are non- refundable.
